This photo was another taken from the Fillmore Jazz Festival here in San Francisco. I sneakily took this photo while the rest of the band was playing next to him.

The Fillmore Jazz Festival turned out to be an absolutely great place to take photos of people, just like the Chinese New Year event. I notice the level of hostility is much less acute when taking photos of people in public gatherings for whatever reason. I now make a point to look through event calendars to see if I can find venues to take photos of people - I usually have a strong propensity to avoid crowds, but the allure to photograph people without getting threatened takes priority.
