Weekly Photograph - Ridges

This photo was taken from almost the exact same spot as last week's photo. I loved the stark contrast and the geometric repetition found in this scene. The shadows are quite nice as well.
This photo was taken about two months ago and I have seen myself lean away from architectural/landscape photos since I am really trying to get comfortable with taking candid shots of people. Still, with the great collection of architecture in this city, there are just so many potentially great photos to be created.

The contrast is fantastic particularly the jagged edge to the shadows. Really nice abstract feel to the shot.
