Our New Baby Needs Surgery
20.04.06 @ 1:22 pmSo after the delivery of our baby, we soon could tell that things just weren’t right. Obviously, we were both saddened by the bad news but not surprised. My wife visited the doctors and they are very optimistic about a positive prognosis. A very common procedure should fix everything up. Both of us have our fingers crossed.
We should know how things turn out in about two weeks. Until then…camera, camera repair, cla, medium format camera, Photography, rollei rolleicord

thank you for sharing your new addition with me last night! I was very touched to be a part of such a special moment.
I must admit, it was quite a peculiar looking baby, but i eventually warmed up to it and found it intriguing. I am saddened to find out that it was somewhat handicapped. Hopefully the doctors can perform a few miracles. I’ll keep the little one in my thoughts and prayers.

I’m appalled! How dare you call our baby peculiar looking! j/k
Apparently the guy who’s performing the “surgery” is really excited about the opportunity as he has a passion for the Rollei models. I’m already chomping at the bit to hear about the progress.

peculiar looking, indeed.
i have a list of 5 or 6 sites on my browser’s bookmark bar that i click on every 15-20 minutes to keep myself from going insane. that’s why i see your updates so quickly.
speaking of being fast…when did you have time to take rollie pollie to the doctor? and will it cost you as much as you estimated?

My wonderful wife took it over to the camera store during her lunch. After the repair man looked at it excitedly, she knew we had to get it fixed. Honestly, it’s kind of scary how connected our brains are at this point - I would have been the same way.
I swear I’m the luckiest guy in the world; my wife is definitely one in 6 billion.
