This Week’s Weekly Links of the Week - Week 51

May 20th, 2007

I just snuck the weekly links in this time. I have been getting in the bad habit of being overly tardy with posting this feature - something I am going to have to nip in the bud from this point on. This weekend was highly productive and I got to spend some quality time on the blog and other online-related doodads. This upcoming week should be relatively quiet in terms of work, meaning it should be pretty active on this site.

Lots of good stuff on the horizon. Keep an eye out for it.

Enjoy the links.

Gallery + Flash Slideshow?

March 7th, 2005

Hopefully.

Sam and I are working on putting Gallery and my little slideshow together so that content creation/management will be one-hundred times easier and more powerful. Soon afterward, I’ll be releasing all the source code to my Flash slideshow so it can be used and tweaked to everyone’s heart’s content.

On other notes, the book is making significant progress. I’m almost done with the first phase (after 3 years) and from that point on, my girlfriend and I will begin to clean up the writing. From there, I’ll go back and turn a lot of the mock-up design spreads and really spend some time flushing them out. Unfortunately, I then have to show it to people and see if this project was a complete waste of time. Honestly, I’m not looking forward to that part of the project at all…

Life is definately much more focused at this point with only two serious projects on the table. I definately should have cut back a long time ago because I can already notice how much more drive I have to get these babies done., , ,

Photos around the neighborhood

February 7th, 2005

This is by far my largest number of photos in one post and since I really liked quite a few of them. I’m continuing my black and white study and I’ve really come to like the medium since it forces you to concentrate so much more on contrast and form.

Hope you like.
