Ideas for Boards

It has been a really hard week and it is only going to get harder and crazier. I have some certain things to think about for my presentation. These boards must be dead on or I loose the audience.

Set the seat in its context: that means mock up an inside of a plane and place a couple of rows of my seat in it. Don't forget to give a sligth angle of the backrest to give a more relaxed feeling.

I would like to have a big, maybe 1:1, perspective view of my chair. It will have to be plotted out to have real effect and presence. Of course its cost will determine whether I do it or not > BPS
People and function call out. I must have a person depicted sitting in my chair. I think a pic of Steve would be good. He is the age market we are targeting. Maybe he will be in the chair that I blow up to big proportions?

What are my design points and how can I point them out. I think this could work on the Steve board also.

Story/Story board. These can be smaller support boards of Steve getting to the chair, sitting in it (noticing how it doesn't fit him), adjusting the seat, and maybe accessing the tray table, viewing the screen, using the magazine rack. I think these as story elements can really be cool and get viewers involved.

Basics to Show
Material call-outs
Buttons, Jacks, and outlet call-outs
Superstructure rendering
Within one view}showing the different positions and adjustments of the seat

What do I want to say about the design and the form? "It is the office chair, via the car seat, meets the lounge chair" What have I done to this chair that makes it different from what is currently out there? Explain.

If I have some extra time, maybe do an inspiration board/trend boards.

wow.....some people are not very bright. (see above)

seats look good, although perhaps a bit too corporate for the concept? the renderings, as always, are very nice.

if you plan your presentation carefully, you will do well. you are very good at speaking in front of large groups. take advantage of that.
